Telecaller – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
• Provide accurate information regarding male nutraceutical products and guide customers in their purchase decisions.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain call records and follow-up details.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Bengali, Malayalam, Hindi or Arabic (any one or more).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call documentation.
• Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to earn through performance-based incentives.
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
