Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role located in Ernakulam. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to introduce Sabelatrans Shipping's services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Additional duties include responding to customer inquiries, promoting sales, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to manage client interactions and ensure satisfaction Sales skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and achieve organizational sales objectives Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in an on-site office setting Prior experience in telemarketing, customer relations, or logistics is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
