Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments. Remind customers of due dates and educate them about payment options. Maintain detailed records of all calls, conversations, and promises to pay. Negotiate payment plans in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines during interactions. Handle customer queries or disputes professionally and escalate when necessary. Required Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Valid DRA Certification from an RBI-authorized institute (mandatory) 6+ months of experience in telecollections, recovery, or field collections Familiarity with financial products like personal loans, credit cards, etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic computer literacy and CRM system handling
