The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in collections via telephone and a strong ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. Negotiate and follow up on payment arrangements. Update and maintain accurate records of calls and payment statuses. Handle customer objections and provide solutions to ensure timely payments.
