Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls for project inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project information.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with client details and interactions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
Ensure high levels of customer service and communication.

Key Skills Required:

• Relevant experience in real estate or pre-sales is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of real estate or construction industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Lead management and client coordination • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
