Position Summary:
Shivam Informatics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Busy & Tally Sales Executive to drive sales of our software and accounting solutions. We welcome candidates with proven sales experience as well as enthusiastic freshers who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, and aptitude for sales. This role is crucial for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
Key Requirements:
~Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in software or accounting solutions.
~Fresher/Entry-Level (Accepted): A strong desire to enter software sales, particularly with a background or interest in accounting/finance.
~Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for client engagement.
~Ability to understand client needs and quickly learn to offer suitable solutions.
~Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
Core Responsibilities:
~Generate leads and proactively identify potential customers.
~Demonstrate and pitch software products (Busy & Tally) to prospective clients, clearly articulating their features and benefits (Training will be provided for freshers).
~Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking all stages from initial contact to negotiation.
~Close deals and achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.
~Maintain strong client relationships and provide essential after-sales support.
~Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
