Job Description

About the Role:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to customers
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each interaction
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer engagement activities
Maintain call quality standards and ensure adherence to company communication protocols

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
3 to 8 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (as applicable)
Good persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets
