Telecalling Expert for Zoho License Renewals

You will be joining Aarialife Technologies, a prominent Zoho Partner operating in India, Canada, and UAE, as a Tele Calling Expert. Aarialife Technologies specializes in Zoho Implementation, Customization, Integration, and Support to assist businesses in improving their productivity through cloud-based solutions. With a strong background in ERP & CRM implementations, the company caters to clients from various industries. Your role will primarily focus on engaging with customers via calls to discuss Zoho license renewals and subscription options. As a Tele Calling Expert, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, selling Zoho licenses & related services, providing information on licensing options, and guiding clients through the renewal process. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering suitable solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in tele calling and customer service, coupled with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and remotely, when required, is essential. While prior knowledge of CRM/ERP licensing & products is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in using CRM software will be advantageous, along with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills. Experience in software sales or renewals and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field will further enhance your suitability for this position.,
