Aarialife Technologies is a trusted Zoho Partner, specializing in providing end-to-end business solutions through Zoho applications. We help organizations streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and achieve digital transformation with tailored Zoho solutions.

We are looking for a Zoho Consultant with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho applications. This is a junior to mid-level position suitable for candidates with hands-on knowledge of Zoho modules, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel for client deployments in Pune and Mumbai.

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications including Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho CRM.
• Support clients with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Zoho applications.
• Be willing to travel to client sites in Pune and Mumbai for project requirements (short-term and long-term).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho solutions (minimum 2 years required).
• Hands-on expertise in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho CRM.
• Experience in other modules like Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Customer-focused approach with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
