ZOHO Consultant

As a Zoho Consultant at Aarialife Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting clients with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Your key responsibilities will include providing user training, documentation, and post-implementation support, collaborating with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution, troubleshooting functional and technical issues in Zoho applications, and being willing to travel to client sites in Pune and Mumbai for project requirements (short-term and long-term). Desired Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Zoho solutions, with 24 years being preferred. - Experience in other modules like Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books will be an added advantage. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi will be a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Customer-focused approach with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
