Job Title:  Tele caller – B2B & B2C. Role Overview: As a Tele Caller Executive at Abroad Eduversity, you will play a dual role: Driving student enrollments (B2C) by managing outreach, counseling coordination, and conversion strategies. Building institutional and partner networks (B2B) by onboarding new schools, colleges, franchisees, and sub-agents. This is a performance-driven role that combines strategic thinking, sales execution, and relationship management.  Key Responsibilities   1. Develop and execute strategic plans to attract UG & PG students for overseas education. 2. Identify and tie-up with colleges, schools, coaching centers, and local agents for lead generation (B2B & B2C). 3. Meet monthly student enrollment targets for international universities and partner institutions. 4. Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and student counseling sessions in the Mumbai region. 5. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, university partners, and internal teams. 6. Monitor student applications, conversions, and follow-up processes. 7. Report performance and insights to the management team.   Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred in Education Business, Overseas Education, or Overseas Education Marketing, Student and Parent Counselling). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling in Education, Overseas Education, Counselling. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + regional language). Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability. Willingness to travel frequently (within city). Goal-oriented with a growth mindset and team player attitude. Salary: As per Industry standard and no bar for right candidate
