Detail Specification

 

Primary Activity : Renewal Collection Calling , Relationship Management with Customers

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Target: Contacts 60 customers per day

Required Language : English and Hindi

Preferred Background: Insurance Sales/Collections /Loan Recovery/Servicing

 

Job Summary

 

We want Smart, Hardworking, and Self-Motivated Renewal Collection and Customer relationship specialist for a high-impact. The core focus is on daily, high-volume outbound calling to secure outstanding renewal payments and handling customer queries for end to end resolutions with AFLI. The ideal candidate must be a fluent in English/Hindi, preferably Female with a background in sales or collections, who is willing to take full ownership and accountability for achieving the assigned collection targets.

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

 

Collection Ownership: Take complete personal ownership of the assigned portfolio of policies, driving the collection process to ensure renewal targets are met within designated timelines.

High-Volume Collection: Consistently execute a minimum of 60 outbound connected collection calls per day (Monday to Saturday), focusing exclusively on overdue customer renewal payments.

Negotiation & Resolution: Use strong negotiation skills to discuss payment status, overcome customer objections, and successfully secure firm payment promises or create viable repayment arrangements.

Escalation & Reporting: Proactively identify high-risk accounts or persistent payment issues and take the initiative to escalate them efficiently to management, while providing accurate daily reports on collection progress against the target.

Empathy & Professionalism: Handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy, assertiveness, and strict professionalism, protecting the company's reputation while driving results.

 

Required Skills & Attributes

Mandatory superior proficiency (speaking and comprehension) in languages mentioned above
Ownership & Drive: A strong sense of personal accountability and the drive to meet and exceed monthly collection targets is essential.Proven Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and resolve financial discrepancies, ideally gained from a background in insurance sales, tele-sales, or collections.Hardworking & Resilient: Possesses the work ethic and resilience required for high-volume collection calling and consistent target achievement..
