Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls and generate qualified sales leads for the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively to prospects.
• Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels (web inquiries, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads generated, and responses in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive company image.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and market responses to the management.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any degree (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil/Hindi (as applicable).
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
