Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining project details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database and inquiries. Explain property/project details, pricing, offers, and benefits. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain client records, update CRM, and follow up regularly. Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related queries. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction. Coordinate with sales executives for site visits and deal closures. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service role (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in [local language, Hindi, English as applicable]. Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle client objections politely. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Education & Experience: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate experience is a plus).
