Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive/Telecaller with 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in cold calling, inside sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at initiating conversations, articulating product value, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent support. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce [Your Company's Products/Services] and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to different customer segments and needs.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  • Address product-related questions and provide accurate information to potential and existing customers.
  • CRM Management:
  • Accurately record and update all customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities within the CRM system ([Specify CRM, e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot]).
  • Utilize CRM to track follow-ups, schedule appointments, and manage customer pipelines effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized customer database.
  • New & Existing Enquiries Handling:
  • Promptly respond to and manage inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers via phone.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, guiding them through the sales process where applicable.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Customer Support & Complaint Resolution:
  • Provide first-level support to customers regarding product usage, account queries, and general information.
  • Handle customer complaints and grievances professionally and empathetically, striving for a first-call resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department (e.g., technical support, sales management) while ensuring timely follow-up with the customer.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of proven professional experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar cold-calling/customer engagement role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, persuasive, and empathetic telephone manner. Proficiency in [mention specific languages if required, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) for managing leads, customer data, and sales activities.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and handle diverse customer personalities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Resilience: Capable of handling rejection positively and maintaining a motivated attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask efficiently.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
