Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly for social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling visual content that captures attention, drives engagement, and ultimately converts leads for Glister LED products. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of engaging graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including static posts, carousels, stories, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency. Create dynamic and high-quality video content, including short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), motion graphics, product showcases, testimonials, and promotional videos optimized for various social media channels and paid ad campaigns. Edit raw video footage, add visual effects, sound, and graphics to create polished and impactful video assets. Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate marketing briefs into effective visual concepts. Develop A/B test variations of ad creatives (images and videos) to optimize performance metrics like CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific best practices and advertising guidelines. Brand Guardianship: Maintain and enforce the Glister LED brand guidelines across all visual content, including color palettes, typography, and imagery, to ensure a consistent and strong brand identity. Innovate and explore new visual trends and techniques while staying true to the brand's aesthetic. Creative Strategy & Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for social media content and advertising creatives. Stay updated with the latest design software, industry trends, and social media features to keep Glister LED's content cutting-edge. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically for social media and paid advertising, preferably within an e-commerce or consumer goods environment. Education: Bachelor's degree completed from a recognized university. Certifications: Completion of a dedicated design course from a reputed institution is mandatory. Portfolio: A strong, diverse, and well-organized design portfolio showcasing your best graphic design and video editing work, with a focus on social media and ad creatives. This is a must-have for consideration. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Proficiency in CorelDRAW is also required. Creative & Strategic Skills: Demonstrable creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of social media design principles, trends, and best practices for creating engaging posters, reels, and motion graphics. In-depth knowledge of branding guidelines, including the effective use of colors, fonts, and visual elements to maintain brand consistency. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
