Role Summary: We’re looking for a driven Telesales Representative to engage with potential and existing customers via outbound calls. You’ll promote our products/services, address inquiries, and work towards achieving set sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls using prepared scripts Explain products/services and address customer queries Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals Maintain accurate call and sales data in the CRM Handle objections and resolve basic customer issues Collaborate with the team to share insights on customer behavior Stay updated on product knowledge and pricing Requirements: Experience in telesales or similar roles Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity Minimum: High school diploma; sales/marketing certifications are a plus Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and team-oriented Effective time management and organizational abilities Goal-driven and resilient under pressure KPIs: Daily call volume Call-to-sale conversion rate Revenue contribution Lead follow-up efficiency Customer satisfaction and retention Regards HR Team Veena G / Rohan G 80970 48999 / 8356818593
