Product demonstration Handholding customers and solving their queries. Resolving Technical issues related to wifi, hardware, android etc. Answer queries and issues of product functionality Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills Report bugs and coordinate with the software engineers for eta and resolution Ability to research and arrive at solution Analyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.
