Urgently Hiring: Telecalling Apprentice Trainee (Work from Home) – Debt Management Services (Collections Department) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Position: Telecaller – Collections (Apprenticeship) Stipend: ₹9,500/month Graduation Year Requirement: 2021 – 2025 Job Type: Apprentice Trainee (Full-Time) About the Role: We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Telecalling Apprentice Trainee in our Debt Management Services – Collections Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to begin their careers with a professional work-from-home experience. Key Responsibilities: Call customers who have taken loans from Bajaj Finance and are facing repayment issues. Understand their concerns and guide them toward repayment solutions. Maintain a courteous, professional tone on every call. Keep accurate call logs and update the internal system. Ensure compliance with company protocols and collection policies. Eligibility Criteria: Graduation year must be 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025. Punjabi is a mandatory language requirement. Must also be able to communicate in Hindi and basic English. Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. Freshers welcome; training will be provided. Perks & Benefits: Fixed monthly stipend of ₹9,500.
