Reporting & Analysis: Generate call reports, track performance, and share insights to improve conversions. Process Optimization: Refine scripts, call flow, and follow-up strategy for better results. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to drive unified business goals. Who You Are: Strong communicator in English, Tamil, and/or regional languages. Proficient in CRM tools and Excel. Goal-driven with a passion for converting leads into customers. Experience in telecalling or lead follow-up is a plus.
