We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in sales and customer service. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
