The role involves lead generation, client coordination, follow-ups, and handling inbound & outbound calls related to export as well as domestic business operations. --- Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential domestic and international clients - Generate leads and follow up with prospects regularly - Maintain communication records and report daily activity - Coordinate with sales and documentation teams - Handle client queries professionally over phone and email --- Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred) - Ability to handle both domestic and export clients
