Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services via phone. Communicate fluently and confidently in Hindi to ensure customer clarity and comfort. Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions and close sales effectively. Handle inbound, direct, and walk-in customer queries with product/service information. Answer customer questions and resolve objections during calls professionally. Maintain accurate customer data by updating information in CRM/database. Follow up on leads regularly to convert them into successful business. Assign and track leads from sources like IndiaMart, walk-ins, or references. Build strong customer relationships through polite and supportive interaction. Participate in sales reviews with updated inputs and maintain order forms case-wise. Requirements: Qualification: Any degree holder can apply. Experience: Prior telecalling experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage. Language: Must be fluent in Hindi (speaking and understanding). Communication Skills: Should possess confident, clear, and polite communication abilities. Sales Attitude: Target-oriented mindset with basic convincing and follow-up skills.
