• Outbound Calling:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.
• Inbound Handling:Addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving complaints related to products or services.
• Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through calls and other means, and passing them on to the sales team.
• Relationship Building:Fostering positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Product Knowledge:Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Sales Support:Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Data Management:Updating customer information, maintaining call logs, and generating reports on sales activities.
• Compliance:Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts during interactions with customers.
• Feedback Collection:Gathering feedback from customers and relaying it to the relevant teams to improve products or services. Language : English & Hindi
