Position - Executive – Telecalling & Training
Location - Mumbai
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Telecaller & Trainer (Executive level). This role requires a strong communicator who can engage with prospective entrepreneurs/customers over the phone while also training and guiding a wider team of telecallers/entrepreneurs to improve their performance.
The candidate will play a dual role – directly driving outreach and sales through effective telecalling, and building capacity of others by training, mentoring, and monitoring performance.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Outreach
Make outbound calls to potential customers/entrepreneurs to explain company products and services.
Handle inbound calls and address queries with professionalism.
Convert leads into registrations/sales by effectively pitching offerings.
Maintain call records, lead data, and follow-up schedules in MS excel
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Training & Capacity Building
Train new telecallers, field executives, and entrepreneurs on scripts, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Conduct refresher sessions for existing team members to improve communication and conversion rates.
Develop and refine telecalling scripts, FAQs, and training materials.
Monitor calls of team members, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
Motivate and support team members to achieve collective targets.
Reporting & Coordination
Share daily, weekly, and monthly call reports with management.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead tracking and closure.
Provide insights from customer interactions to improve products, processes, and training modules.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, Communication).
2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or training roles.
Prior experience in training telecallers or entrepreneurs will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati and any other regional languages.
Strong sales orientation with ability to meet targets.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
Good listening, patience, and empathy for customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and telecalling tools.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
