Job Title: Retail Executive – Maharashtra Location: Maharashtra Experience: 2–5 years (Retail Industry / Consumer Durables / Brand Sales) Job Responsibilities: Develop and expand retail dealer network across Maharashtra. Onboard new retailers and distributors for our product portfolio. Manage relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business. Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned region. Ensure visibility of products through retail branding and POS activities. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, payment collection, and after-sales support. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business growth. Requirements: Graduate / MBA preferred. 2–5 years of experience in the retail industry or with a consumer brand. Strong dealer/distributor network in Maharashtra. Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Compensation: Fixed salary
