Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Lead Qualification Location: New Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Department: Tele Calling We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/lead qualification. The role involves calling customers who have shown interest in Switch Mobility 4-wheeler EV vehicles, understanding their requirements, collecting basic details, providing product information, and updating the CRM. Qualified leads will be handed over to the Sales Team for further follow-up. Key Responsibilities: ● Call and qualify interested leads. ● Understand customer interest, vehicle choice, and purchase timeline. ● Share basic EV vehicle details. ● Update lead status in CRM. ● Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team. Requirements: ● Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/lead generation. ● Good communication skills (Hindi & English). ● Basic knowledge of vehicles/EVs preferred.
