Job Title: Telecaller Location: Kalyan Khadakpada Industry: Salon / Beauty & Wellness Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our salon team. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote salon services, confirm appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients for promotions, packages, and new services Handle inbound calls for inquiries and bookings Confirm and remind customers about their appointments Follow up with existing leads and update the CRM Maintain daily call logs and reports Share customer feedback with the management team Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth customer handling Requirements: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (salon or wellness industry preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Polite, patient, and persuasive on calls Ability to meet daily call targets and maintain a positive attitude Should have experience in CRM Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM Salary Range: 20000 to 22000
