We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our skin and hair clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our treatments and services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote clinic services and offers.
Answer incoming calls, resolve inquiries, and provide detailed information about treatments and procedures
(skin care, hair loss, laser treatments, etc.).
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up on missed appointments.
Maintain and update patient database with accurate information.
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex queries to the clinic manager or medical staff.
Provide courteous and professional communication at all times.
Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports as needed.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional outreach via phone.

Requirements-

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English and [Local Language].
Pleasant voice and confident phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Prior experience in healthcare or beauty/wellness industry is a plus.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
