Telecaller (Sales)

As a Telesales Representative at the company located in Vadodara, your role involves answering calls, resolving queries about products or the company, advising clients on products or services, and reaching out to potential or existing clients using pre-defined scripts. Your responsibilities will include recording all sales attempts, calling customers to encourage purchases, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Answering calls and resolving queries about products or the company. - Advising present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis. - Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about a product or service using pre-defined scripts. - Responding to inquiries concerning products or the organization. - Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales. - Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items. - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. - Fluent communication in English. - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Formal computer training is an advantage, proficient in relevant computer applications such as Excel and Word. - Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed. - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. - Partial knowledge of Inventory and Accounts will be an added advantage.
