Telecaller (Sales)

As a Telecaller Sales representative at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to explain our products or services, address inquiries, and close sales. Your daily tasks will include reaching out to leads, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer experiences. To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, sales and persuasion abilities, and proficiency in managing accurate sales records and client information. Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM systems, is essential for success. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite in Gurugram with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset are key attributes we are looking for. While prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
