Job Summary:

Saburi Ply is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong command of Microsoft Excel. You will play a key role in managing customer interactions, follow-ups, and supporting the sales and operations team with data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer database regularly in Excel.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
Share quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain call logs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity using Excel.
Maintain professionalism and customer-first approach at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data entry, formatting, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the manufacturing or plywood industry will be a plus.
Knowledge of CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
