Job Description

Job Purpose To serve as the first point of contact between customers and the technical service team, ensuring smooth coordination for installation, repair, and maintenance requests. The Telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain service logs, and support technicians in resolving customer issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Customer Coordination: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service, installation, and product complaints. Log customer requests, complaints, and service details accurately in the system. Coordinate with field technicians for timely scheduling of service visits. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Technical Support Coordination: Act as a bridge between customers and the technical team. Track technician performance and service status daily. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Technical Manager. Maintain service request reports and share daily/weekly updates with management. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication (Hindi, English, and regional languages). Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Basic technical understanding of furniture installation, electrical fittings, or service processes. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, or service tracking tools. Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
