Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, generating leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students or clients
• Explain Slams Art’s services, training programs, or digital solutions clearly
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for conversions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions/sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
• Confident, convincing, and customer-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
