Job Description

Dialer / Telecaller – Key Responsibilities - Good Speaking English

Outbound Calling:
Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Follow calling scripts and company guidelines during interactions.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling or follow-ups.
Update and maintain accurate records of leads in the system.
Customer Handling:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Build positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Management:
Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Ensure all contact information and call logs are up to date.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling or conversion targets.
Coordination:
Work closely with the sales or recruitment team to share quality leads or shortlisted candidates.
Reporting:
Prepare and share daily call and performance reports with the team leader or manager.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a polite and professional attitude during all interactions.
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
