Telecaller

Job Description:

Amend Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our front office and patient coordination team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining excellent communication with patients to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Explain dental services, treatment options, and offers to patients clearly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment schedules.
• Follow up with patients for treatment reminders, feedback, and confirmations.
• Coordinate with doctors and the front office team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient queries efficiently and maintain a professional tone at all times.
• Meet daily and monthly communication and appointment targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Receptionist, or Patient Care Executive in a dental or healthcare centre.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional languages preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, appointment software).
• Polite, confident, and patient-friendly attitude.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
