Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team at MSV Infosolutions. You will play a key role in lead , customer outreach, and supporting our sales and technical recruitment services. The ideal candidate is persuasive, tech-savvy, and excels in high-volume calling to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote MSV Infosolutions' services in IT, networking, and sales recruitment.
• Handle inbound queries, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads to convert them into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools or Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales pipelines.
• Upsell services, resolve customer objections, and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to support candidate sourcing and client placements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
• 1+ years of experience as a Telecaller, BPO executive, or in sales/customer support (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered for exceptional cases).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic CRM software, and telephony systems.
• Strong persuasion skills, resilience to rejection, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
