Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
for the Mutual Fund Utility (MFU) process.
Provide accurate information and support to customers on mutual fund queries.
Update and maintain call records in the system.
Achieve daily and weekly call handling or conversion targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
6 months of telecalling experience
(Inbound / Outbound).
Background in
Mutual Fund / BFSI process
preferred.
Average to good communication skills
acceptable.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:
HSC or Graduate.
