Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining high levels of product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

6months - 1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to Domestic voice - indian).
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English and any other south indian language
Ability to work on rotational shifts (Day shift) with flexibility for weekend off.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
