Job Description

The Telemarketing & Lead Converter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects. This role involves proactive calling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships while working remotely. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or lead sources. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding client requirements (e.g., land surveying, GIS, construction layout). Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales through effective follow-ups. Explain company services, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients clearly and professionally. Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and pipeline management. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email follow-ups in a timely manner. Send proposals, quotations, and service-related documents to prospective clients. Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead conversion rates, follow-ups, and targets achieved. Stay updated on company services, pricing changes, and market trends to communicate effectively with clients. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead conversion (preferably in construction, real estate, or surveying industry). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into business. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email platforms. Target-oriented mindset with good organizational skills. Knowledge of land surveying or construction services (preferred but not mandatory). Key Deliverables: Number of qualified leads generated weekly. Conversion rate of inquiries to confirmed projects. Timely follow-ups and CRM updates. Achievement of monthly sales targets.
