We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python and Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing robust backend services using Python (preferably with Django/Flask) and building beautiful, responsive cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable mobile applications using Flutter. Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs for features like payments, notifications, or authentication. Optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience across iOS and Android platforms. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with appropriate documentation. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Maintain version control using Git. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter. Strong knowledge of Python and backend development frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite). Experience with state management techniques in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.). Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer database (CRM). Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Report to team leader/manager about call status and lead progress. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Active listening and problem-solving skills.
