We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer database (CRM). Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Report to team leader/manager about call status and lead progress. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Active listening and problem-solving skills.
