About The Opportunity

An Online Education & EdTech organisation operating in the student acquisition and coaching sector, focused on scalable remote outreach to learners across India. We help prospective students discover the right online coaching solutions through high-volume tele-outreach and relationship-driven conversion.

Position:

Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) – Remote (India)Role & Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to leads and enquiries to qualify interest, explain course offerings, and convert prospects into enrolment opportunities.
Manage inbound enquiries promptly—answer questions, capture lead details, and move prospects through the sales funnel to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Book demos/appointments and coordinate follow-ups with academic counsellors or sales team; ensure smooth handoffs and accurate lead notes.
Maintain and update CRM records for every interaction—log call outcomes, set reminders, and manage call-back lists to maximise conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, appointments set, revenue targets) through persistent outreach and effective objection handling.
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance; suggest improvements based on prospect conversations.
Daily 250-280 calls, English and hindi Prefereable
