About Us:

Internet Spark is a full-stack digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, specializing in real estate marketing, interior design campaigns, dental marketing, and performance-driven digital solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Telecaller who can engage with potential leads, explain our services, and convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and communicate with leads generated from marketing campaigns (Real Estate, Interior, and other sectors).
• Clearly explain our services, offers, and product details to potential clients.
• Build strong rapport and trust through professional and persuasive communication.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads to drive conversions.
• Maintain and update lead sheets, daily call logs, and status reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead status and feedback.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
• Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined to manage daily tasks.
• Ability to explain marketing and advertising services in a simple, convincing manner.
