self-service kiosks, digital menu boards, LED video walls, and digital signage solutions

Inbound Calls

Answer customer queries about Self Serivce kiosks, LED displays, digital signage, and solutions.
Share company/product details confidently and professionally.
Capture lead details (name, company, requirements) into the CRM system.
Pass qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up.

Outbound Calls

Call target companies (from database provided by Sales/Marketing team).
Introduce Digitos solutions and understand their requirements.
Qualify leads by asking discovery questions (budget, timeline, decision-maker).
Fix meetings/demos for Sales Managers with CXOs, Procurement Heads, and Ops teams.

Coordination & Reporting

Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/MIS with status.
Follow up on proposals and pending decisions over phone/email.
Share feedback from prospects with Sales & Marketing teams for strategy improvement.
