We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
