Job Description

Outbound calls: Contacting potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Inbound calls: Answering calls from customers to provide information, address their needs, and resolve complaints with patience. Customer interaction: Engaging with customers to build relationships and ensure a positive experience. Data management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating contact details in a database, and preparing reports. Sales and follow-up: Closing sales deals, processing orders, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure prompt follow-up on leads. Performance: Adhering to communication scripts and guidelines while working to achieve set performance targets.  Key skills and qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using computers and various software, such as CRM systems and telephone systems. Good organizational and research skills. Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
