Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with new information.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Escalate complex issues to the team leader or management when required.
  • Prepare and submit call logs, reports, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6–12 months of experience as a Telecaller, Client Service Executive, or similar role (freshers may also apply depending on requirement).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (add local languages if needed).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume call environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
