Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients over the phone to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide relevant information about our services. Additional responsibilities include documenting call information, maintaining customer databases, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve set goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and acting as the first point of contact for inquiries will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients over the phone.
• Proficient in data organization, documentation, and maintaining customer databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and generate leads.
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in local languages and fluency in English will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work full-time in an on-site role.
