Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Telecaller will handle incoming and outgoing calls to interact with clients or customers, resolve their inquiries, and provide detailed product or service information. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in regional and/or relevant languages
• Proficiency in handling customer interactions and providing professional and courteous service
• Capability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry tools
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and targets
• Prior experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role is preferred but not mandatory
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional professional training is a plus
